All quotations, estimates, scope of works, and contracts issued by Highline Window Cleaning are subject to formal agreements compliant with New South Wales and Queensland consumer legislation and Australian Consumer Law. Scope changes or variations requested during service delivery will be quoted and approved in writing prior to implementation.
3. Intellectual Property

4. Quotes & Estimates

All window cleaning works are carried out subject to safe access, site conditions, and weather. We take care to protect your home or premises, including floors and furnishings, during the service. Any pre-existing damage or access limitations identified on arrival may require additional scope or cost, which will be communicated and approved in writing before proceeding.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Highline Window Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or service delays caused by force majeure, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
